Allowances and credit controls

Check agent-data account or the dashboard for your period and remaining allowance. Free and PAYG share the same included-call allowance; switching between them does not reset usage.
For PAYG, the dashboard lets you buy credits, opt into auto-recharge and set a credit-spend budget. Auto-recharge is optional. A spend budget limits credit-funded calls during the usage period; buying or recharging credits does not raise that budget.
Building and extending APIs
Section titled “Building and extending APIs”Building a public API or adding endpoints is free. Daily build limits still apply. Calls to APIs you build use the same allowance or credits as other API calls.
Manage PAYG spending
Section titled “Manage PAYG spending”Open billing in the dashboard to buy credits, configure an auto-recharge threshold and amount, or set your credit-spend budget. Auto-recharge requires a saved payment method.
When your included calls are exhausted, calls need available credits and remaining spend budget. Reaching the budget stops further credit-funded calls even if you have credits. Raising the budget permits more spending; it does not add credits.
If auto-recharge fails, review your payment method and the dashboard’s billing status. Existing credits remain available subject to your budget.
